Cookies
What this site stores in your browser, why, and how to get rid of it. Last updated October 28, 2026.
The short version
This site uses one cookie to keep forms secure. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell anything about your visit.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so the site can recognise the same browser on the next page. Some are necessary for a site to work. Others are used to measure or to advertise.
What this site sets
| Name | Purpose | How long | Needed? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Keeps your form submission tied to your browser so we can check that a form was really sent from this site. This is what stops a third-party page from submitting a form as you. | Until you close your browser | Yes. Forms will not work without it. |
What this site does not set
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No social network tracking pixels. Our LinkedIn link is an ordinary link.
- No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
- No fonts or scripts loaded from third-party servers. Our fonts, icons and scripts are served from this site, so visiting a page does not tell another company that you were here.
Server logs
Separately from cookies, our web host keeps server logs that record the pages requested, your IP address and your browser type. These are used to run and secure the site. When you send a form, our own records keep a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, which lets us limit repeated abuse without storing where you were.
How to remove or block cookies
Every browser lets you see and delete cookies, and block them for a site. Look for “Cookies and site data” or “Privacy” in your browser’s settings. If you block the session cookie for this site, you can still read every page, but our forms will refuse to submit. In that case, email us at info@tetraconnects.com instead.
Changes
If we add a cookie, this page is updated before it appears, and the date at the top changes. Our privacy policy covers what we do with the information itself.
