Tool
AI opportunity assessment
Describe the process, the information behind it and what happens when the AI is wrong. You get an illustrative roadmap with the steps that match: framing the use case, proving it small, building it securely and running it. It does not estimate savings or return, because we do not have your numbers.
Describe the process you are considering
Think of one process, not the whole company. Run the assessment again for another.

How we think about it
What usually works
The projects that go well tend to share a few traits.
- A narrow task with a clear owner and a way to judge results.
- Good content behind the assistant, owned and kept current.
- People reviewing output where mistakes are costly.
- Permissions that follow the person asking.
- Testing before launch and after every change.
What usually causes trouble
The same problems come up often.
- Starting from a tool instead of a task.
- Using AI where fixed rules would do.
- Feeding sensitive data to a service nobody reviewed.
- No evaluation set, so nobody can say if it got better or worse.
- Giving an agent more access than any one employee would have.
Questions people ask
Do you see my answers?
No. The assessment runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you copy or download the roadmap and send it yourself.
Can you tell me the return on investment?
No, and we are wary of anyone who offers one from a short form. Savings depend on how much work there is, what it costs now, the error rate and how well the system performs. You can measure those with a baseline and a small pilot.
Do we need AI for this?
Not always. If every step follows a fixed rule, ordinary workflow automation is simpler to test and explain. The roadmap says so when your answers suggest it.
Which model or vendor should we use?
That depends on your data rules, your existing platforms, cost and the results on your own evaluation set. We start with the evaluation set and let the results decide.
How do you handle security?
Through permission design, guardrails, approvals for actions and testing against the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications. See our AI security services.
