Partners
Staffing and supplier partners
We take requirements from clients and prime vendors, and we work with approved recruiting firms to fill them. You submit candidates you represent. We screen them to the same standard as our own consultants and submit them under the client’s template.
How supplier partnerships work
We recruit IT, engineering, construction and business roles for clients and prime vendors. Some of those requirements fit our own W-2 consultants. Others fit candidates that a specialist recruiting firm already knows, which is where supplier partners come in.
You tell us which fields you recruit in. When a matching requirement arrives, we share it with you. You submit candidates who have agreed to be represented by you for that role. We screen them, check work authorization, and submit the candidates who fit.
A partnership can be broad or can start with one requisition.
A requirement, from your side
- 1
We share the requisition
Role, skills, location, the rate range the client has approved and the deadline.
- 2
You submit candidates
People who have agreed to be represented by you for this role, with a resume that reflects their real experience.
- 3
We screen and submit
Technical screening, work-authorization check and a summary of fit, submitted under the client’s template.
- 4
Interview, offer, start
We coordinate scheduling and feedback. Payment terms follow the signed agreement.
What we require of supplier partners
-
Work authorization
Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. We do not sponsor visas.
-
Right to represent
You hold the candidate’s agreement to represent them for the role before you submit them.
-
Accurate resumes
A resume shows real experience. We verify it during screening and decline resumes that do not hold up.
-
Equal treatment
Fill requirements on skills and experience. Do not screen on protected characteristics.
-
Confidentiality
Requisition and client details stay inside the agreement.
-
Paperwork
Insurance, signed agreements and payment details are collected through a secure onboarding process, not through the registration form.

Questions people ask
Do you work with every firm that registers?
No. We review each registration and talk to the firms where our clients’ needs and your fields line up.
Is there exclusivity?
No. Registering does not create exclusivity on either side.
Can you take candidates who need visa sponsorship?
No. We do not sponsor visas, so every candidate must already be authorized to work in the United States.
Which fields do you recruit in?
IT and technology, engineering, construction, business and administrative roles, and Public Trust roles for U.S. citizens. See staffing by field.
