Workforce solutions
MSP and VMS support
Large employers buy contingent labor through a managed service program and a vendor management system. We work within those rules.
What organizations bring us
In an MSP program, a client hires a managed service provider to run its contingent workforce program, often with a vendor management system (VMS) at the center. Suppliers receive requisitions through the VMS, submit candidates in a set format, and are measured on scorecards.
Working well in that environment is mostly discipline: reading the requisition properly, submitting only qualified people, respecting the rate card, meeting response deadlines and keeping compliance documents current.

Questions people ask
Are you an approved supplier in specific programs?
We do not list programs on this site. Ask during intake and we will tell you whether a particular program applies.
Can you join our supplier panel?
Yes, subject to your onboarding process. Send the details through the partner or talent request forms.
How do you handle rate cards?
We stay within them. If the market makes a role unfillable at the card rate, we say so quickly with reasons.
