What we do

One team for the plan, the build and the people

Explore by business need

Start from the problem, not the product

Pick what you are trying to do. We show the first step we would take and where to read more.

ERP transformation

ECC to S/4HANA, Oracle EBS to Fusion, or a first ERP rollout.

First step. Start with a readiness check: custom code, interfaces, data quality and what really has to move. That decides the path and the timeline.

Cloud modernization

Moving workloads, rebuilding landing zones, containers and infrastructure as code.

First step. Start with an inventory of applications, dependencies and compliance needs, then choose rehost, replatform, refactor or replace workload by workload.

Security improvement

Find weaknesses, fix them, prove they are fixed, and be ready for an incident.

First step. Start with a scoped assessment or penetration test. Findings come with evidence, a fix and a retest, not just a score.

AI implementation

Retrieval-based assistants, document processing and workflow automation with evaluation and guardrails.

First step. Start with one use case, the data it needs, how you will measure quality, and who is accountable for the output.

Digital product development

Web and mobile applications, APIs, microservices and the testing around them.

First step. Start with a short discovery: users, workflows, integrations and a first release small enough to ship.

Technical team scaling

Individual specialists, a dedicated team, or a managed hiring program.

First step. Start with the role and the must-have skills. A recruiter confirms details before sourcing, and screens candidates technically before any resume reaches you.

Implementation lifecycle

Assess. Design. Engineer. Migrate. Validate. Operate.

Every engagement moves through these six stages. Open a stage to see what happens and what you receive.

Assess

Establish the facts before proposing change.

What happens

  • Inventory systems, interfaces, data and users
  • Map dependencies and constraints
  • Review security and compliance needs
  • Identify risks, options and rough effort

What you receive

An assessment report, options with trade-offs, and a risk list.

Design

Decide how the target should work, and write it down.

What happens

  • Target architecture and integration design
  • Data model and migration approach
  • Security and access design
  • Delivery plan, roles and governance

What you receive

An architecture, a decision log and a phased plan.

Engineer

Build and configure in small, reviewable pieces.

What happens

  • Configuration, extension and development
  • Code review and automated tests
  • CI/CD and environment management
  • Security checks inside the pipeline

What you receive

Working increments in a test environment, with documentation.

Migrate

Move data and workloads with rehearsals, not hope.

What happens

  • Extract, transform and load with mapping rules
  • Rehearsal cycles on production-sized copies
  • Reconciliation of every object
  • Cutover runbook and rollback plan

What you receive

Reconciliation reports and a timed cutover plan.

Validate

Prove it works before the business relies on it.

What happens

  • Functional and integration testing
  • Performance and resilience testing
  • Security and role testing
  • User acceptance with named testers

What you receive

Test results, a defect log and a go/no-go checklist.

Operate

Stay with it after go-live.

What happens

  • Hypercare with a defined triage routine
  • Support and enhancement
  • Monitoring and tuning
  • Knowledge transfer to your team

What you receive

A support model, runbooks and a plan for the next release.

Enterprise solutions

What we deliver

Cybersecurity

We assess. We engineer. We defend.

Offensive testing that shows how an attacker would get in. Vulnerability programs that get findings fixed and verified. Detection engineering, cloud and identity security, and incident response when something has already happened.

Example of how we write a finding. Not taken from a client report.

Password reset links stay valid after use

Where
Customer portal, account recovery
What we did
Requested a reset link, used it once, then used the same link again an hour later. It still worked.
Why it matters
Anyone who finds an old email or browser history entry can take over the account.
The fix
Expire the token on first use and after 30 minutes. Revoke open sessions when a password changes.
Retest
Passed. The old link is rejected.

Talent and delivery models

Four ways to work with us

The right model depends on who leads, who owns the result and how much of the work is already defined.

Hire an expert

One specialist, in your team, under your direction.

You have the plan and the lead. You need a person with a specific skill: an SAP FICO consultant, a Kubernetes engineer, a penetration tester.

  • Contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire
  • We screen technically before submission
  • Start dates and rates agreed up front
Request technical talent

Build a project team

Several people, assembled and managed as a team.

The scope is clear but your bench is thin. We assemble a team across roles, with a delivery lead who keeps it coordinated.

  • Dedicated team with named roles
  • Single point of contact
  • Ramp up and down in agreed steps
Staff augmentation and dedicated teams

Outsource a workstream

We own a defined piece of work and its result.

A migration wave, a test cycle, an integration build or an assessment. Scope, plan and acceptance are agreed in writing.

  • Fixed scope or time and materials
  • Weekly status and risk reporting
  • You approve scope, design and acceptance
Discuss a project

Engage a delivery partner

Work with us as a subcontractor or prime partner.

Implementation firms and prime vendors bring us in for capacity, specific skills or delivery in the US and India.

  • Partner registration and capability review
  • Clear commercial and security terms
  • Shared delivery governance

How talent reaches you

A layer between the people who need talent and the people who have it

We sit between end clients, prime vendors and the talent behind them. Our own W2 consultants, partner recruiting firms and direct sourcing all feed one screened shortlist.

Industry expertise

What each industry actually needs from its systems

Delivery methodology

How we run engagements

  1. 1

    Requirements discovery

Workshops and written requirements the business has read and agreed.

  2. 2

    Transparent scope

What is in, what is out and what changes cost, written before work starts.

  3. 3

    Technical governance

A design authority and decision log, so choices are made once and recorded.

  4. 4

    Risk management

A live risk register with owners, reviewed every week, not at the steering meeting only.

  5. 5

    Quality assurance

Test strategy up front, automation where it pays, and named acceptance testers.

  6. 6

    Security by design

Threat modeling and security checks inside the build, not a scan at the end.

  7. 7

    Knowledge transfer

Runbooks, walkthroughs and shadowing so your team can run what we built.

  8. 8

    Continuous improvement

Retrospectives and a backlog of what to improve after go-live.
