Strategic consulting partners

Some opportunities need two kinds of expertise: process and industry knowledge from one side, platform and engineering depth from the other. If you advise organizations on the change and need delivery or specialist capacity behind it, we should talk.

What we can do together

  • Joint discovery

Work with a prospect to understand the problem before anyone writes a proposal.

  • Co-developed proposals

Combine your advisory approach with our delivery plan in one response.

  • Complementary capabilities

You bring the industry and the change work. We bring platform, integration and security engineering.

  • Co-delivery

Run a project together, with the split of responsibility written in the contract.

  • Implementation specialization

We cover one platform or workstream inside your program.

  • Industry-specific solutions

Pair your sector knowledge with our delivery for a focused offer.

Illustrative pairings

These are examples of how a pairing could work. They are not past projects.

Illustrative scenario. Not a real client engagement. No outcomes are claimed.

An advisory firm designs a finance transformation
It needs an SAP delivery team to configure and migrate. It leads the client relationship and the change work. We supply the SAP consultants and the data migration.
A consulting firm advises on a cloud strategy
The client wants a security assessment of the new environment. We run it under the firm’s engagement, with findings reported to both.
A systems integrator wins a large program
It needs specialists in a platform it does not cover, for one phase. We provide them under a defined scope.

How a joint pursuit works

  1. 1

    Agree the opportunity

Which prospect, which problem, and where each side adds value.

  2. 2

    Protect the information

We sign a non-disclosure or teaming agreement before sharing client details.

  3. 3

    Build the response

Who leads, who writes what, and who is the contracting party.

  4. 4

    Deliver as agreed

Roles, responsibilities and payment follow the contract that comes out of the pursuit.

Questions people ask

Do you compete with consulting partners for the same clients?

We aim not to. We say up front which clients we already work with and what we would and would not bring you.

Can we white-label your team?

Whether and how we work under another firm’s name is a contract question, and we settle it before the work starts. We do not misrepresent who is delivering.

Do we need to sign anything first?

Yes, a non-disclosure or teaming agreement, before either side shares client information.
