What the portal would never ask for

  • Your Social Security number.
  • Your date of birth.
  • Bank account or payment card details.

  • Passport, visa or driver’s license images.
  • Health information, or anything about a protected characteristic.

Questions people ask

How do I apply in the meantime?

Through open jobs or by sending your resume. A recruiter reads it and replies.

Would there be AI interviews or scoring?

No. Our AI screening notice sets out what we use and what we refuse to use. A person decides, and that would not change because a portal exists.

Will the application status be honest?

That is the main reason to build it. Candidates are told nothing far too often. A status screen is only worth having if it shows "closed" as readily as "submitted".

Do you sponsor visas?

No, for any role. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States. For federal contract roles that require it, we recruit United States citizens.
