Technology consulting
Most expensive technology mistakes are made before the project starts. We help you describe the problem, compare realistic options and plan the work, then hand the plan to us, your own team or another vendor.
What organizations bring us
Organizations often arrive at a platform decision by default: it is what a vendor presented, what a competitor uses or what the last employer chose. Assessments are then written to justify the choice. Programs start with an unclear scope and discover requirements during build.
Our consulting work puts the sequence the other way round. We understand the business outcome and constraints first. We inventory current systems, integrations and data. We compare options, including doing less, and state the trade-offs. The output is a plan you can act on without us.

-
Roadmap and sequencing
A phased plan that respects dependencies, budget cycles and capacity to absorb change.
-
Business case input

-
Vendor and partner evaluation
Criteria, scoring and reference checks for software and implementation partners.

Questions people ask
Will you recommend your own services?
The plan describes the work. Who does it is a separate decision. We tell you where our team fits and where it does not.
How long does an assessment take?
It depends on scope. A focused assessment of one domain can take a few weeks. We give a range after a scoping call.
Do you give fixed-price estimates at this stage?
We give ranges with stated assumptions. Fixed prices need a defined scope, which this work produces.
