Workforce solutions

We are a staffing layer between the companies that need skilled people and the places those people come from: our own W-2 consultants, partner recruiting firms and our recruiters’ direct sourcing.

One intake, three places to find people

Many staffing requirements arrive through a prime vendor or a client program with a tight window. We keep the intake simple: send the requirement and a recruiter confirms the must-have skills, rate range, location and start date.

We then search in three places together. Consultants on our own W-2 payroll. Candidates from partner recruiting firms and their rosters. People our recruiters find and contact directly. You deal with one team, whichever source the right person comes from.

Fourteen ways we can help

From requirement to deployment, in nine steps

  1. Step 1: Requirement

A recruiter confirms the must-haves, nice-to-haves, location, work mode, rate range, engagement type and start date. For a prime vendor requirement we also ask about their template and deadline.

    Who
    Recruiter and hiring manager
    Result
    A confirmed job brief
  2. Step 2: Sourcing

We search our own W-2 consultants, partner firms and direct sources together, and talk to people who fit.

    Who
    Recruiting team
    Result
    A pool of interested candidates
  3. Step 3: Pre-screening

A recruiter talks to every candidate: recent projects, work authorization, availability, location and rate expectations.

    Who
    Recruiter
    Result
    A shortlist worth assessing
  4. Step 4: Technical assessment

Skills are checked against your must-haves, in depth for specialist roles such as SAP or Oracle modules. Your own test can be added.

    Who
    Recruiter and technical reviewer
    Result
A written view of fit and gaps
  5. Step 5: Verification

We confirm work authorization, required licenses or certifications and, where the client requires them, background and reference checks.

    Who
    Recruiting operations
    Result
    Documents and confirmations on file
  6. Step 6: Client review

You receive a short list with a summary of why each person fits and what to ask them. We submit only people who agreed to be represented for that role.

    Who
    Recruiter
    Result
A submission you can act on
  7. Step 7: Interview

We schedule interviews, collect feedback and keep both sides informed.

    Who
    Recruiter, client and candidate
    Result
    A decision
  8. Step 8: Onboarding

Offer, paperwork, background and drug screening where required, equipment and access requests.

    Who
    Recruiting operations and client
    Result
    A ready start date
  9. Step 9: Deployment

The consultant starts. We check in early, handle issues and manage extensions.

    Who
    Account manager and consultant
    Result
    A productive assignment

Steps vary by client and by role. Some programs skip a step or add one, such as a client technical test.

Staffing metrics that matter

MetricWhat it measuresWhy it matters
Requisition response timeTime from receiving a requirement to confirming it is understood and in work.Shows how quickly a request is taken seriously.
Time to first qualified submissionTime until the first candidate who meets the must-haves is submitted.Early quality candidates set the pace of the whole search.
Time to fillTime from requisition to accepted offer. The overall measure of search speed, affected by the market and the client process.
Interview-to-submission ratioShare of submitted candidates who are interviewed.A low ratio means submissions are not matching what the client wants.
Offer acceptance rateShare of offers that are accepted.Points to rate fit, role clarity and candidate engagement.
Contractor retentionHow many consultants stay through the assignment.Disruption mid-project is costly. Retention reflects fit and support.
Assignment completionAssignments that run to their planned end.Shows whether the match worked and whether the client got the outcome.
Onboarding completionShare of starts completed on time, with every required document and access in place.Late onboarding wastes the first week of paid time.
Compliance statusStatus of required documents, checks and certifications. Many programs block a start without it.
Supplier performanceScorecard results in an MSP or VMS program.Decides how much work a supplier receives.

We do not publish aggregate statistics on this site. We report these measures to clients in the format their program uses, from their own requisitions.

Three engagement types

On contract

A consultant works a fixed-length assignment.

  • W-2 on our payroll, or placed through a partner firm
  • Extensions agreed with you
  • Contract-to-hire when you may want to hire the person

On your payroll

You hire the person directly.

  • Direct hire for permanent seats
  • We find, screen and submit candidates
  • Placement terms agreed before the search starts

Questions people ask

Do you sponsor visas or H-1B?

No. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Are consultants on your payroll?

Some are. Contract consultants can be on our W-2 payroll, or they come through partner recruiting firms. The engagement agreement states which.

Can you work through a prime vendor or MSP?

Yes. We take requirements from end clients and prime vendors, and submit under your process and templates.

Do you publish placement statistics?

Not on this site. We would rather add numbers later when we can support each one with records.

How fast can you submit candidates?

It depends on the skill, location, rate and market. We tell you after the intake call how long we expect it to take.
