Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consulting
We implement Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM, build on the Power Platform, connect them through Azure, and provide the functional consultants and developers needed to run the program.
What organizations bring us
Dynamics 365 is several products on a shared platform, and the right architecture depends on what you run today. A company on Dynamics AX or NAV is deciding between Finance and Business Central. A company with Salesforce and SAP is deciding how Dynamics and Power Platform fit around them. A company with spreadsheets and Access databases may only need Power Apps and Dataverse.
We start with the decision, not the product: what must be integrated, what can use standard features and what warrants extension. Then we build with the update model in mind, because Microsoft ships regular service updates and customizations must tolerate them.

Questions people ask
Finance or Business Central?
Business Central suits smaller or simpler organizations with fewer legal entities. Finance and Supply Chain suit larger, multi-entity, multi-currency organizations. We recommend after understanding scale, entities and growth plans.
What is dual-write?
A feature that keeps data in sync between Finance and Supply Chain apps and Dataverse-based customer engagement apps. It suits some cases. Others need event-driven or batch integration.
Will customizations break service updates?
Not if they use extensions rather than overlayering, and if automated tests run before each update.
