Our teams
We publish how our teams are organized and what each one does. We do not publish stock photography of a leadership team, and we do not publish a person’s name, photo or credentials until they have agreed to it.

How we staff an engagement
When you ask for a project team or a consultant, this is what happens on our side.
We check whether we have the right people first. Our own consultants, then our partner recruiting firms, then a search. If none of those produce someone who genuinely fits, we say so rather than sending an approximate match.
You hear who they are before they start. For project work, the team list names who is doing what and what relevant work they have done. For staffing, the submission summary tells you what we asked and what the person answered.
The person who screened them is available to you. If you want to know why a recruiter thought someone fit, you can ask the recruiter who made the call.
Our India team supports, and is visible. If someone in Visakhapatnam is sourcing for your requirement or supporting your project, we tell you. Access to your environment from outside the United States only ever happens where you have agreed it.
Questions people ask
Can I meet the people who would do the work?
Yes. For project work, you should insist on it before signing, and we will arrange it. For staffing, you interview the consultant.
Will you publish bios later?
Yes, as people consent. Each entry will have the person’s role, specializations and any certifications with the issuing body and date, and nothing we cannot verify.
Why no leadership photos?
Because they add nothing you can check. We would rather spend the page on what the practices do and let a conversation tell you about the people.
Are your consultants employees or contractors?
Both, depending on the engagement. Some are on our W-2 payroll, some come through partner recruiting firms, and we tell you which when we submit them.
Are you hiring?
See careers. We list only roles that are genuinely open.
