Client portal preview

One place to see where a project stands and where a hiring request stands, without asking anyone for an update. This is a design, not a running system.

The screens

  • Dashboard

Active projects with their current phase, open hiring requests with their stage, anything waiting on your decision, and the next three dates that matter.

  • Project detail

Phase, milestones with planned and actual dates, deliverables with their approval state, the risk register, and the weekly status note.

  • Hiring requests

Each requirement with its status: searching, submitted, interviewing, offered, started. Plus the must-haves we are screening against, so a mismatch gets corrected early.

  • Candidate submissions

Who we submitted, when, the screening summary and your feedback. No rates a consultant has not agreed to share, and no personal data beyond what the role needs.

  • Interviews

Scheduled slots, who is attending, and a place to record feedback that we can act on the same day.

  • Documents

Statements of work, change requests, design documents, test sign-offs and reports, with a record of who opened what.

  • Reporting

Time to first submission, interview-to-submission ratio, acceptance and assignment completion, for your account only, from real activity rather than marketing numbers.

  • Users and access

You add and remove your own users and set what each one can see, rather than emailing us to do it.

Access, stated plainly

What a client user sees

Only your own account.

  • Your projects, requirements and submissions
  • Screening summaries for candidates submitted to you
  • Documents shared with your account
  • Your own reporting

What a client user never sees

Boundaries built in, not hidden.

  • Any other client’s data
  • A consultant’s pay rate or personal contact details before placement
  • Candidate information for roles outside your account
  • Our internal notes and commercial terms

How we would build it

  1. 1

    Design with a few clients

Three or four accounts tell us which screens they would actually open, and which are decoration.

  2. 2

    Build hiring first

Requirements, submissions and interviews, because that is where most of the day-to-day questions come from.

  3. 3

    Then project delivery

Milestones, deliverables and risks, fed from how we already run engagements.

  4. 4

    Then documents and reporting

With access logging from the first version rather than added later.

We will not announce a date here. When the first version is in use by a client, this page will say so.

Questions people ask

Can I get access now?

No. There is nothing to sign in to. Your recruiter or delivery lead provides these updates directly, and we would rather tell you that than put a login button on a page that does nothing.

Will the reporting numbers be real?

Yes, and only for your own account, generated from your activity. We do not publish aggregate delivery statistics anywhere on this site, because we are not going to invent them.

Could it integrate with our VMS?

That is the intention where a client needs it, through whatever interface the VMS supports. Submissions would still go through your VMS process; the portal would be a view, not a parallel channel.

Where would our data live?

On the same infrastructure as this site, under the retention policy in our privacy policy. Nothing is shared with other clients and nothing is sold.

What should we tell you now?

Which screen you would open first on a Monday morning. That is the most useful thing anyone can tell us at this stage. Write to us through contact.
